It should be an indispensable tool for investors when looking to invest in start-ups, many of which are after quick money. Too often, even good intentions at the beginning get sucked into the vortex of easy money, easy life, easy valuations. It is also an important tool to judge your potential business partner. A Theranos-like situation could have been avoided if some venture capital firm would have first checked Elizabeth Holmes’ hands. Unfortunately, such an excellent advisory tool is rarely used even when so much money and reputations are at stake.

Palmistry can also be a great tool in many aspects of running a business, notably recruitment, deployment of personnel, training, and team building. Do you want a quick, efficient worker even if they are a bit impulsive? Or a more analytical, methodical one? Do you want to avoid hiring someone with temper issues? Would you like to hire someone who is single-career-minded, rather than having tons of interests to distract them? Each business or an employer has a different requirement at a given time. Some may want employees who are more diligent and just stick to their task monotonously. Some may want those who are highly creative. Some others may want those who evince good leadership skills. Some may want their employee to have a good dose of ambition in their veins. And some others may want those who can see many perspectives of an issue. Some may not want those who are stubborn or lack intellectual capacity. All these, and more, can be easily judged from just a few elements of the hand. Thus, palmistry is an excellent recruitment tool and should always be used by the human resources department of a firm.

It is an equally good tool when a business is planning to hire or internally transfer someone to an important management position. This would require a more substantial hand analysis: not just the drive and capacity for that job, but also a prognosis of the candidate’s career.

Palm reading is again a useful tool when deploying people for certain tasks or in certain locations. For example, some people adapt very well to different cultures and circumstances, others less so. This is very evident in the hand. Some may find it okay to transfer from Germany to Norway but may find it more difficult if transferring from Germany to China. Application of the knowledge of palmistry is useful as well to build teams: whether people can gel with each other or complement each other without being stressed about it. A lot of productivity can go missing when teams are not happy with their manager, a colleague, etc.

Based on your needs and the number, I can come up with a customised rate and quote it to you. Once you have that, and if you are OK with it, you can generate a work order, I will send the invoice, you can make the payment and then start sending the hand prints/photos. Note that payment once made is non-refundable.

I will only need good-quality photos of subjects’ right and left hands (palm, fingers, thumb) and the knowledge for each person if they are right- or left-handed or their writing hand in case they are ambidextrous. If the photos are of good enough resolution to also show fingerprints, you would receive a clearer picture of each employee, as I would then be able to utilise a lot of modern research in dermatoglyphics. You can anonymise the photos you send to me, should you wish so. All information remains confidential. After submitting my report about the hands sent to me, all the photos sent by the business will be deleted from my records in a month’s time, unless you specifically request me to retain them. The report shall only be in English language. As a value-added service, for which there would be a separate fee, I can also visit on-site, should the company desire coaching for their employees on how to address the things found in their hands.
