I could find several quite good pictures of her right palm on the Internet, but the left hand, her major hand, was more of a difficulty. Finally, I did find a decent picture with both hands.

She has long fingers, including long Jupiter and Mercury fingers, a very good mount of Jupiter, a forked head line, including one branch that runs from end to end, and a fairly good Mercury line. These all combine and reinforce each other to produce the image of a highly ambitious intellectual with great communication skills and money-making acumen. The heart line already shows a pragmatic person, neither very idealistic, not utterly selfish. Politics is a very suitable profession for such a person. The life line seems to descend from Jupiter itself, meaning ambition will mark this person’s life. This also indicates immense self-control, a reading reinforced very solidly by a longish thumb in both hands. Her mount of Venus is good, so a person with warmth and desires, and the upper Mars is very highly developed, giving her immense stamina to fight and resist, when need be. She, in fact, would be a very suitable person to lead her country should the U.S. ever find itself in a major war. What strikes one from both her hands is her extraordinary line of Saturn, which in her minor hand is originating from the life line, but in her major hand can be said to originate from multiple points: life line, the sea of subconscious and the plain of Mars. So she has had lot of help or direction from her family/close relatives to build her career initially (there seems to be some financial kind of trouble at ages 15-18–it is difficult to judge age in childhood/teen years–and this seems to be corroborated by the Wikipedia article on her, which says that at around 18-19, her father died and there was some kind of legal battle for his estate), but a self-built component starts at around the age of 26. This component keeps going strong till around the age of 44. It continues thereafter as well, but there seems to be some kind of slightly negative setback to her career between the ages of 46/47 and 50, which she shall overcome, though with not as much strength as till 44. The time period of 26 to 44 is her best years, where health is also good. She is now already around 33 or 34 in age, and it seems that she could marry or live with a romantic partner around 34, so I don’t know if there is already someone in her life. (I searched on the Wikipedia page about her and did not find any mention of a romantic partner or spouse on it, but her right hand Apollo finger has a ring, so maybe there is someone.) Children lines are unreliable and hard to detect even in the best of prints, and these are merely pictures from some news articles, but there does seem to be at least a daughter after some years of settling with the romantic partner/spouse. After the age of 36/37, Ocasio-Cortez will have multiple profitable pursuits in life, including her main career of being a politician. There seems to be some setback from her family side, maybe a bereavement, at around the age of 47, which would affect her health for some time. She may start recovering her health well only around the age of 54. In fact, I expect another golden period to start for her from the age of 56 onwards. It is between 46 and 54 that the chips could be down. She also has a very good line of Apollo, and given the ambitious person she is, it may very well be that she will reach great heights in politics once she recovers her health. In her old age (i.e., age of 70+), if she lives that long, she may divide time between two different countries, but with the U.S. still as her primary base. She will be bound strongly to her home country throughout her life. I see her living a long life (late 80s or even more), but age is not always easy to foretell.

All in all, an excellent hand in most respects, especially for a politician. As a leftist, she probably would not believe in such things nor is likely to read this post, but if she were to, I would advise her to donate more to the poor and needy (not for publicity), especially on new moon days and/or Saturdays. This could improve her fortune even more.
